These Terms of Use (hereinafter “these Terms”) set forth the conditions of use for persons (hereinafter “Users”) who use the services “Gurutto Iwaki,” “Gurutto Iwaki LIFE,” “Gurutto Koriyama,” and “Gurutto Aizu” provided by Gurutto Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the “Service”). Notices and cautions regarding the use of the Service (hereinafter collectively, the “Notices”) are also included in these Terms. Users must review, understand, and agree to these Terms before using the Service.

◆About the Service

1. When using the Service, Users shall, at their own expense and responsibility, prepare equipment such as communication devices, software, and a network environment.
2. The Service consists of the provision of information through “Gurutto Iwaki,” “Gurutto Iwaki LIFE,” “Gurutto Koriyama,” and “Gurutto Aizu” (hereinafter, the “Site”), as well as the provision of other information.
3. The contents of the Service may be changed at any time without prior notice, and even if any disadvantage or damage arises to Users as a result of such changes, the Secretariat shall bear no responsibility.

◆Copyright
The copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the content posted on the Site (including descriptions, keywords, and other related information attached to the content) belong to Gurutto Co., Ltd., and Users shall not infringe these rights.
Use of content by other companies requires permission from the Company.
It is prohibited to use content posted on this Site without the Company’s prior permission or beyond the scope of permission granted by the Company.
If content is used without the Company’s prior permission, the relevant User shall pay the Company an image usage fee (10,000 yen per item, excluding tax) and compensate for all damages suffered by the photographer and the subject (including litigation costs and attorney’s fees).
 

◆Prohibited Acts
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service.

1. Acts of tampering with or deleting information provided by the Service, or acts that may result in tampering or deletion.
2. Acts that cause or may cause disadvantage to the Secretariat or third parties.
3. Acts that infringe or may infringe the copyrights, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights of the Secretariat or third parties.
4. Acts of slandering or defaming the Secretariat or third parties, thereby damaging their honor or credibility.
5. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service by any means.
6. Criminal acts or acts that lead to criminal acts.
7. Acts of impersonating a third party to use the Service.
8. Acts of reproducing, copying, storing, or transmitting the contents of the Service without authorization.
9. Acts that are or may be contrary to public order and morals, laws, or other ethical standards.
10. Using information provided by this Service for commercial purposes without authorization.
11. Any other acts that the Secretariat deems inappropriate within this Service.
